Devika James Audiology is looking to recruit a part time Reception / Administrator.
We're looking for someone who will fit in nicely with our current team and work well in what is by the very nature of our business is a quiet and calm environment. If you are looking for a busy hussle and bussle working area then this is not the right job for you.

General duties include;
• Greet and manage patients in a professional manner
• Handle bookings, diary management, and enquiries
• Support general clinic operations
• Ensure a smooth, welcoming patient journey
Experience & Background Requirements Essential;
• Strong customer-facing / patient care experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organised, and professional approach.
Desirable but not essential;
• Background in:
-
Healthcare
-
Audiology / Optical / Dental
-
Clinical support roles (HCA, etc.)
-
Training;
Full training will be given, but an understanding of Microsoft word and general computer use would be beneficial.
Working Pattern;
To work opposite our other receptionist, so you would be working Monday & Tuesday week 1 and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday week 2
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: £12.71 PH (Pro rata depending on hours)
