To make a custom ear plug we visually check the condition of your ear canal, to ensure there's no excess wax, essential to ensure perfect fit of the mold.

We then make a custom mold of your inner ear by using a two piece substance that dries to a molded foam like consistency. This is then sent away to have the product made, this takes usually between two to three weeks.
