A comprehensive hearing test including your medical history and case history with a full and clear explanation about what your results mean with time for you to ask questions. It's always good to bring a partner or family member with you as it helps for them to understand how the results affect both you and your wider family. We can also run a very simple test that demonstrates to family members exactly how you hear for them to understand your hearing loss quite clearly.
Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit redemption policy: A deposit is required to secure your treatment appointment, which will be used against your chosen treatment or refunded under certain conditions. 2. Refundable deposit: The deposit is submitted at the time of booking your treatment is refundable according to our cancellation policy. Cancellation 24 hours before treatment: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you have the option to reschedule to another day without forfeiting your deposit. Same day cancellation or no show: If you cancel your appointment on the same day as your scheduled appointment or fail to show up, the deposit is claimed, and you will need to rebook again with a new deposit. Failure to adhere to our cancellation policy may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling with existing deposit: If you reschedule your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation window, you can use your existing deposit for the new appointment. If you cancel your appointment within the required time frame as stated then you can request to have your deposit refunded to you. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances then you will be given the option to reschedule your appointment or have your deposit refunded. 3. Please review our deposit terms and conditions for a comprehensive understanding of how deposits are redeemed, refunded or forfeited based on your booking and cancellation actions. 4. Secure your appointment: Deposits are designed to secure your appointment and ensure efficient scheduling while maintaining fairness to our patients. 5.
